Requirements for an Exchange/Return/Refund:
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and still have packaging and tags on (if applicable)
- Photos must be submitted for each item
- All returns must be reported within 30 days of purchase
- All garments are subject to inspection
- You can exchange items for the desired size only
- Once the item is received by our returns center, the return request will be processed.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed after being marked as delivered.
Please note:
Some items may be FINAL sale and will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
*If multiple return/exchange requests are submitted, each item must be shipped with its corresponding return label. Items sent without their proper label will not be processed and will be discarded.
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center and provide the necessary information to support your request.
*If you purchased a product in a store that carries Troll Co. apparel, you will need to follow that store's return/exchange policy. We cannot accept returns online if the item was originally purchased from a retailer.
