Canada Post StrikeUpdated 5 months ago

Key Updates:

1. What carriers will you use to ship Canadian orders?

We are utilizing a mix of regional and national carriers, including UniUni, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx, to handle domestic shipments during this time.

2. Will my shipments still be delivered on time?

We are working diligently with our delivery partners to minimize delays. However, due to high volumes across all carriers, some delays may still occur.

3. What happens to orders with PO box addresses?

Only Canada Post can deliver to PO boxes. As a result, orders destined for PO boxes cannot be fulfilled. Please adjust your checkout process to prevent customers from using PO box addresses.

4. Can I track my shipments during the strike?

Yes, tracking information will be updated in Shopify as usual and will link to the appropriate carrier tracking site for visibility.

5. How long is the strike expected to last?

The duration of the strike is uncertain. We will keep you informed as more information becomes available.

6. What happens to shipments sent before the strike began?

Shipments already injected into the Canada Post network will remain there and will not be delivered until the strike is resolved and normal service resumes.
